Boil water notice issued for the City of Winona

WINONA — The city of Winona announced a boil water notice on Tuesday, citing conditions that have occured in the water system. Residents should bring water to a vigorous rolling boil and then continue for two minutes and then cooled before consuming it, to ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and microbes.
