Chapel Hill Teen’s Hearing Postponed

SMITH COUNTY — A hearing Monday to decide if a Chapel Hill teen accused of murder should be tried as an adult is postponed. Nate Anderson is accused of fatally shooting his sister, Amanda Anderson, 19, in their Chapel Hill home in September. He will remain in the Smith County Juvenile Attention Center until his next hearing date, May 23rd.
