Damages Sought in Longview Wreck Lawsuit

LONGVIEW � The family of the good Samaritan killed trying to help a state trooper is seeking damages. The family of Trent Hepler filed a lawsuit against Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company and the driver of the truck carrying a trailer.
