$800K Awarded to Lindale for Sidewalk Improvements

LINDALE — The city of Lindale has received funding that will enable pedestrians and bicyclists to have safer and better access to schools. According to our news partner KETK, Lindale has been awarded more than $800,000 to improve sidewalks along FM 849. Lindale was part of a multi-million dollar project across the state. The new sidewalk will start at Perryman Road, and will run along Wood Springs Road, and end at Eagle Spirit Drive. This will join Moss Elementary School students to houses, downtown, and recreation opportunities.
