TYLER — Friday’s Paul Cauthen Concert has changed venues. The City of Tyler and Liberty Hall will host Paul Cauthen in concert at the Caldwell Auditorium, on S. College Ave. The event, originally scheduled for Bergfeld park will kick off at 6 p.m. food trucks and live music begins at 7:30 p.m. The Tylerite, Paul Cauthen, first earned his reputation as a fire-breathing truth-teller with the acclaimed roots-rock band Sons of Fathers. In 2016, he released his solo debut, My Gospel.
He is now on tour of his latest album Room 41. The album is described as a blend old-school country and gritty soul with 70’s funk and stirring gospel. Local favorite food trucks will be present for quality dining, including Say Cheese, Taquito Time and Bee’s Knees Bubble Tea and Pizza.
