Major Road Construction to Shut Down through Traffic on East Commerce Street

TYLER — Major road construction is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, that will shut down through traffic on East Commerce Street between North McMurrey Drive and North Fleishel Avenue. Motorists can expect traffic delays of 5 to 15 minutes. Drivers should prepare for one-way traffic and a rough roadway in the work zone. The construction is expected to run until November 29th. The road will be opened to residents and businesses in the area.
