Blueprint Blue Ribbon Award Handed Out

TYLER — The City of Tyler recognized Building Services Supervisor Gary Smith on Tuesday with the Blueprint Blue Ribbon Award. The council highlighted Smith at the city council meeting for his willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Smith is described as innovative and continually working to improve community facilities and teams to benefit the residents of Tyler. Smith has served the city for over 29 years.
