Man Reported Missing Located

TYLER — Tyler Investigators have been informed that James Schell has been located in Marshall, Texas and is ok. The information has been confirmed by Marshall Police Department. James Earl Schell, 44, Tyler, was reported missing on March 24, when he failed to return home.
