TISD’s Ag Center to Be Sold

TYLER — School board members in Tyler have voted to move forward with selling the district’s Agricultural Learning Center. Leaders say John Tyler High school’s ag center has been underutilized. The school says the sale does not jeopardize the district’s dedication to its ag program. A timeline on when the ag facility will hit the market isn’t known. Money from the sale would go back into the district’s general fund.
