Ribbon Cutting Planned for Phase 1

LONGVIEW — The city of Longview is one step closer to connecting 10 miles of trails. According to a press release from the city, a ribbon cutting is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, to mark the completion of the 1st phase of the Guthrie Trail.
