Road Work Completed Ahead of Schedule

TYLER — Old Bullard Road in Tyler between Timberwilde Drive and Rice Road reopened on Thursday afternoon. According to Tyler City Officials the project involved the installation of three additional 5′ x 3′ concrete box culverts under Old Bullard Road among other items. Construction began in May and was scheduled through late September. The project was completed 5 weeks ahead of schedule.
