Tennessee Man Sentenced in Fatal Smith County Wreck

TYLER — An accident in May 2018 claimed the life of a Kilgore teen. On Monday a 21 year old, Isiah Franklin of Tennessee, was sentenced to six years in prison. He had earlier pleaded guilty to intoxication manslaughter in the crash on FM 16, around 15 miles north of Tyler.According to our news partner KETK, 17-year-old Jasmine Victoria Murillo died in the wreck.
