Storm Road Closures Update

EAST TEXAS – Some area roads remain closed because of the storms that passed through the area Wednesday afternoon. TxDOT crews continue to monitor road conditions and will open roadways to traffic once the water recedes and it is safe to do so. Current road closures include:

GREGG COUNTY- State Highway 135– north bound and south bound closed at Farm Road 2207 in Gladewater due to water over the road. Caution advised as this location typically floods and recedes several times before it’s totally clear of water.

WOOD COUNTY- Farm Road 49 has water over the road between Farm Road 312 and Farm Road 2869
Farm Road 312 is closed from just north of State Highway 154 to Farm Road 49
Farm Road 1804 is closed both directions between U.S. Highway 69 and U.S. Highway 80.
