Area Man Dies in Louisiana

SHREVEPORT, La. (AP/STAFF) — A Rusk County man, whose body was pulled from the Red River, has been identified. The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office on Tuesday identified the victim as Nathaniel H. Cozart, 49, of Mount Enterprise. Cozart’s body was spotted in the river Monday morning around 11:45. Authorities say his death remains under investigation.
