Potential Home Owners Meeting-Tyler

TYLER – Thursday night at 6:30, Habitat for Humanity of Smith County will hold an information meeting in Tyler for potential new homeowners. The session will be held at Tyler’s Glass Recreation Center. They will look at the applicant’s level of need. They also look for families who are willing to put in 300 to 500 sweat equity hours on their homes. And they also review their ability to repay the mortgage loan with an affordable monthly payment.
