Boil Water Notice in the Chandler Area

CHANDLER – A boil water notice has been issued in Henderson County. RPM Water Supply Corporation issued the notice due to the loss of pressure caused by a leak on County Road 4818 and Farm Road 279. The notice pertains to persons on Farm Road 2010 toward Farm Road 315 and along Farm Road 279 into Fargo Estate in the city of Chandler. According to the notice, to ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and for making ice should be boiled and cooled prior to consumption. The water should be brought to a vigorous, rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes. In lieu of boiling, you may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source. RPM said it will notify residents when the water is safe for consumption.
