A New Manager for Marshall’s Performance Center

MARSHALL – A new manager has been named for Marshall’s Memorial City Hall Performance Center. He is Glenn Barnhart, who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the historic center, including booking performances, facility rental and usage, marketing and publicity and daily operations. He comes to Marshall from Crockett, where he was executive director of the Piney Woods Fine Arts Association. Before that he was an events coordinator for the Texas State Railroad in Palestine.
