Man Charged with Kidnapping and Robbery

MARSHALL – A Harrison County man, accused of kidnapping a woman earlier this month, is back in custody. Victor Demond Broadnax, 51, of Karnack, is accused of abducting a woman and making her drive him to Karnack on December 11th. The Longview News Journal reports, when he left Karnack, he got into a car with another lady and had her drive him to a Dairy Queen in Marshall. While in her vehicle, he went through her glovebox and her console and took some change. He now has been charged with robbery. He is being held in the Harrison County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
