Sexual Abuse Suspect Sought

TYLER – The Smith County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a man accused of sexually abusing a child. Accused of the continuous sexual abuse of a young child is Juan Rios, 35. He is described as a white male, about 6’5″ and weighing around 190 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and multiple tattoos. If you know where he can be found, you are asked to contact the Smith County Sheriff’s Department.
