The Grinch Busted in Gilmer

GILMER – in Upshur County, you do the crime you pay the time. And at Christmas, that even means the Grinch. According to the Facebook page of the sheriff’s department, Deputy L.P. Nolen has a zero tolerance for the offense of “Unlawful Grinchiness.” The Grinch was arrested at Gilmer Elementary.
