Holiday Shows at TJC’s Science Center
Posted/updated on: December 12, 2018 at 3:08 pmTYLER – The holiday season has arrived at the Center for Earth & Space Science Education at Tyler Junior College. Tuesday through Saturday, the center is presenting a variety of holiday related shows in the domed theater. You will learn about the Mystery of the Christmas Star. There is also a “Season of Light,†which recounts the historical religious and cultural rituals practiced during the time of winter solstice. There is even a Laser Holiday show which features a mix of everyone’s favorite holiday music set to fantastic laser artwork. Theater seating is limited, and it is recommended that tickets are purchased in advance on line at http://sciencecenter.tjc.edu or at the front counter.
The TJC science center is located at 1411 East Lake Street. Tickets are $5 for children, seniors and students and $7 for adults. Day passes are also available which allow visitors to see all of that day’s shows plus the current exhibit, “Sportsology.†Parking is free.
