East Texas Postal Theft

WHITE OAK – A postal theft has been reported in White Oak. Sometime between 3:00 Tuesday afternoon and 7:00 Wednesday morning, someone pried the door open on the USPS postal box in front of the White Oak Post Office and took the contents. If you or someone you know placed mail in that box during that time, you need to make sure that any checks are stopped or banks notified if account numbers are at risk of being compromised. If you saw anything suspicious around those times, you are asked to contact the White Oak Police Department.
