A Prison Term For a Fatal Accident

TYLER – A Henderson County man is heading to prison for his part in a fatal Smith County accident. Sean Eammon Waite, 34, of Murchison, pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced Monday to 28 years in prison. In mid June, Waite was being chased by Tyler police and sheriff’s deputies. The chase ended when his motorcycle crashed at the intersection of Highway 31 West and Farm Road 2661. Waite was arrested after a short foot chase. His passenger, Alicia Ann Adams, 28, was dead at the scene.
