Tyler Teen Killed Near Winona

WINONA – One person has been killed in a vehicle/ pedestrian accident in Smith County. It was reported shortly after 12:45 Sunday morning at Mile Marker 572 on Interstate Highway 20, about 4½ miles southeast of Winona. Dead at the scene was Kadarrian Dontae Milton, 18, of Tyler. The Department of Public Safety report says he was killed when jumped into the roadway in front of a tractor-trailer rig.
