Palestine, Anderson County Lift Burn Bans

PALESTINE – To coincide with the lifting of Anderson County’s burn ban, the City of Palestine lifted its burn ban Wednesday morning. Palestine residents will be allowed to burn if they obtain a permit at one of the city’s three fire stations. Palestine residents with burn permits will have to follow burning guidelines. For more information on burning within the city limits, call the fire department at 903-729-7100. Anderson County lifted its burn ban Tuesday.
