Fatal Crash in Tyler

TYLER — One person has died in a Tyler wreck shortly after noon Tuesday on W. Grande near Oak Hill Blvd. Accident investigators determined that a westbound Hyundai traveled into the eastbound lanes, striking a GMC Terrain. The Hyundai then flipped completely over. The driver of the Hyundai, 57-year-old Anthony V. Moffitt of Flint, was pronounced dead at the scene. 57-year-old GMC driver Theresa M. Breedlove of Bullard is listed in serious condition in a local hospital.
