TJC Receives Award for Financial Reporting for 22nd Straight Year

TYLER — For the 22nd consecutive year, Tyler Junior College has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association for its comprehensive annual financial report. According to a news release, the certificate is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting. The report is judged by an impartial panel to meet the high standards of the program, according to the release.
