Fatal Tyler Accident

TYLER – One person has been killed and three injured in a one vehicle accident in Tyler. It happened just before 3:30 Friday afternoon on U.S. Highway 271 near the U.T. Health Science Center. The victim is identified as Manny Osorio, 4. Police spokesman Don Martin said a Jeep Wrangler was heading north when the driver lost control and drove off the shoulder and hit a pole with a cement base. It then flipped. The accident remains under investigation.
