Free Rides to TJC

TYLER – Free rides are being offered, for a limited time, to Tyler Junior College. Tyler Transit and TJC have partnered to create the “Invest in our Future” campaign. It allows students, parents and guardians to ride the Tyler Public Transportation System’s fixed routes for free when riding to TJC. The campaign will run through the end of the month. Registration for fall classes at TJC continues now through August 26. A bus stop is located on the TJC main campus at the corner of Fifth Street and Baxter Avenue.
The free bus service to TJC comes in time for the special “Fast Track” and “Registration Rally” events will take place in Rogers Student Center on the following days:
*Tuesday and Wednesday, August 14 and 15 from 9:00am to 5:00pm
*Thursday, August 16 from noon to 8:00pm
*Friday, August 23 from 9:00am to 6:00pm
At the events, all enrollment services departments will be available including Advising, Admissions, Financial Aid, Testing Center, Cashier, and Registrar’s
office.
The first day of classes for the fall semester is Monday, August 27th.
