Input Sought on High Rates of Mother and Baby Deaths

TYLER — The Healthy Me, Healthy Babies Coalition wants to end high rates of deaths of mothers & babies in Smith County. To do that, officials say they need to know more about the overall health needs of the community. The coalition, consisting of the Northeast Texas Public Health District and partner agencies, is asking what moms need for a healthier pregnancy & birth.
