Man Indicted in Marshall Shooting

MARSHALL — A Marshall man has been indicted, accused of killing two dogs, then shooting at a relative. According to KETK, court records name him as 33-year-old Decrick Stephens. The indictment says he shot both dogs in April. A woman contacted deputies saying Stephens also shot at her while inside her house and car.
