Fatal Longview Accident Probed

LONGVIEW – A fatal accident in Longview remains under investigation. The car/pedestrian accident occurred just after 10:00 Tuesday night on East Marshall Avenue. Dead at the scene was Thomas David Drennan, 65, of Longview. He was walking in the inside eastbound lane, and according to witnesses, possibly attempting to cross the roadway. After the car hit him, the driver stopped and attempted to block traffic until emergency services arrived.
