Police Warn of Mail FishingTYLER — The Postal Service says those seemingly safe blue mail collection boxes seen all over town are a known hot spot for mail fishing — a technique thieves use to fish deposited mail out of the collection boxes. It’s a trend Tyler Police Detective Andy Erbaugh says can be stopped if we all pay attention.
