Woman Accused of Exposing Child to Cocaine

TYLER — A Tyler woman is indicted, accused of exposing her six-year-old child to cocaine. Officers say Julie Foley admitted she recently used cocaine, methamphetamine, prescription drugs, and marijuana. An arrest affidavit indicates her six-year-old son tested positive for cocaine and marijuana. The woman is accused of endangering a child. She’s being held on a $250,000 bond.
