TYLER — This past weekend was the first of the season for the Rose City Farmers Market. According to our news partner KETK, it opened in downtown Tyler across from the Off Square Downtown shopping center. The market is within walking distance of the square and the Azalea District. The past three years, it’s been operating at Juls, which has since converted from a restaurant to an events venue. Now organizers say they hope to reach more people in the new location.
