Tyler Program Observes 50th Anniversary of King Assassination

TYLER — A special program on the Life and Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will be held in Tyler on Wednesday, the 50th anniversary of King’s assassination. The Greater New Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church will host the event from 11:00 a.m. till 12:00 noon. The church is located at the corner of North Horace Avenue and East Oakwood Street.
