Tyler Doctor Disciplined by Medical Board

AUSTIN — The Texas Medical Board has recently punished nearly 50 doctors across the state, one of whom is from Tyler — Dr. Norman Joel McCall. According to KETK, he was found to have violated a 2009 order under which he was required to attend an AA class and show the paperwork to the board. Now McCall has until April 1 to be evaluated by a psychiatrist and follow all recommendations for care and treatment.
