Arrest Warrant Served for Credit Union Heist; Suspect Already in JailTYLER — An arrest warrant has been served for an already-jailed suspect in a Tyler credit union holdup — who’s also accused in several other bank and business robberies around the state. Wayne Alan Watson of Ft. Worth, who turns 58 on Friday, is accused in a December 1 gunpoint heist at the Altra Federal Credit Union on Highway 64 West in Tyler. On February 13, Watson was arrested at his home and turned over to Wichita Falls police during a raid by numerous agencies. Watson is being held in the Fannin County Jail under the supervision of the the U.S. Marshals Service. His bond was set at $250,000 by Judge Christi Kennedy of Tyler on a charge of aggravated robbery.
