Tyler Man Arrested in Child Porn Case

TYLER — As part of an ongoing criminal investigation, Texas Department of Public Safety Special Agents have arrested Richard Edwin Peck Jr., 36, of Tyler. DPS Sgt. Jean Dark says Peck was booked into the Smith County Jail without incident for possession of child pornography, a third degree felony. KETK reports he’s being held on $50,000 bond. Dark says the investigation is ongoing and no additional information is currently available.
