Three Smith County Roads Remain Closed Due to High Water

SMITH COUNTY — Only three Smith County roads remain closed due to high water from recent heavy rains. Officials report County Roads 2180, 420, and 421 will remain barricaded and off limits to drivers until the high water recedes enough to be safe. County Roads 354, 2138, 113 and 129 have been reopened.
