Brookshire’s Buying Some Louisiana Winn-Dixie Stores

TYLER – Brookshire Grocery Company has announced it is buying 8 Winn-Dixie stores in Louisiana from Southeastern Grocers. They are all in southern Louisiana. The stores will carry BGC’s Super 1 Foods banner. After the closing process is over, the stores will undergo a brief transition period. They will then re-open as Super 1 Food Stores.
