A Harrison County Fatality

MARSHALL – An accident in Harrison County has killed a Hallsville teenager. Killed Sunday was Wyatt Thomas Edwards, 18. The Department of Public Safety said Edwards left his vehicle to stand on the pickup’s running board while it was moving. He lost his footing and received a fatal head injury when he hit the roadway. A passenger in the pickup was not injured. The accident occurred on County Road 3023, just east of Marshall.
