Three East Texas Women Arrested on Drug Charges

HENDERSON COUNTY — Three women were arrested on drug charges following two separate traffic stops in Henderson County. Debra Wade, 57 (pictured) and Sherri Green, 46, were taken into custody in the Trinidad area after midnight Tuesday following an initial traffic violation. The two women were charged with possession of the methamphetamine. Green was also charged with possession of a controlled substance in the form of a pill. Two glass pipes were also discovered in the vehicle.
Melissa Boyette, 50, was said to have committed a traffic violation near Payne Springs. The deputy found suspected methamphetamine. She was also found to be driving with a suspended license. She was taken to the Henderson County Jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Boyette’s vehicle was towed.
