Man Indicted for Intoxication Manslaughter in July WreckLONGVIEW — A Longview man has been indicted for intoxication manslaughter in connection with a fatal Gregg County wreck in July. According to KETK, a DPS crash report says 62-year-old Danny Lee was driving a pickup north in the inside southbound lane of U.S. 259 while Benjamin Murphy, 34, of Diana, was traveling south in his car in the same lane. The vehicles collided head-on at the top of a hill. The pickup spun to the left before rolling onto its right side in the inside lane facing west, while the car spun around and came to rest in the outside southbound lane facing north.
