TxDOT’s Weekly Roadwork Update

TYLER – Here’s a look at work planned in TxDOT’s Tyler District during the week of Dec. 18. Among other things, TxDOT announces the opening of the newly completed U.S. 79 mainlanes from Palestine to the Trinity River Bridge in Anderson County. The roadway opened to traffic on Thursday. Motorists should continue to use caution when traveling through the area as the contractor continues work on the project.
