Drug Possession Equals Long Prison Term

GILMER – An Upshur County woman has received a stiff prison sentence for drug possession. Kristal Lynne Bragg, 43, of Gilmer, Texas, pleded guilty to the second degree felony of possession of a controlled substance. The offense occurred in June of this year. Bragg was sentenced to 20 years in prison. As a condition of the plea, she waived her right to appeal.
