Man Wanted for Child Endangerment

TYLER – The Smith County Sheriff’s Office is looking for an East Texan wanted for abandoning or endangering a child, a state jail felony. KETK reports Payton Raymond, 23, is known to frequent the Flint and Chandler areas. Through an investigation, detectives learned that Raymond’s 9-month-old child tested positive for methamphetamine.
