TYLER — Family members are acknowledging that a body found Friday afternoon in Tyler is that of 32-year-old Brandon Harward, reported missing October 23. Police say the decomposed body was discovered in a drainage area in the vicinity of Shiloh Road and Shiloh Village Drive. They said investigators would wait for preliminary results of an autopsy before releasing any official information on identification or cause of death.
