Closing of Center Street

LONGVIEW — Beginning Monday, Center Street in Longview will be closed between Methvin and Whaley. The intersections of Methvin and Whaley will remain open. You’re asked to use caution while work is being completed. This street work is part of the 2011 Street Bond Fund. This project consists of reconstructing Center Street from Cotton to Whaley with curb and gutter, upgraded drainage inlets, sidewalks, signs, and water and sewer improvements.
