Recognition for a U-T Tyler Professor

TYLER – The Texas Council of Professors of Educational Administration has named U.T. Tyler professor Dr. Jennifer Jones as ‘Advocate of the Year.’ At school since 2015, Dr. Jones is an assistant professor within the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. With 20 years of educational experience in both urban and rural districts, Jones served as a past public school educator, school superintendent, principal, counselor and special education teacher. She will be recognized in a ceremony in Dallas next month.
